MONTANA HOMEOWNERS IN NEED OF URGENT PRAYERS.  ALL HOMEOWNERS PLEASE PRAY FOR EACH OTHER.  MAY GOD BLESS ALL HURTING HOMEOWNERS!

Kelly,

The following is the story of how I lost my home and subsequent events.

In 5 days, my home will be auctioned off to the highest bidder in a sealed bid process.  I tried for 19 months to get a loan modification.  The loan balance on my home at the time was $220,000.

This was not only my home where I lived and raised 7 kids for 15 years, but is also where I laid to rest 2 of my daughters after 2 separate accidents took my girls.  Now, in 5 days, this home will be permanently striped from the family and sold for cents on the dollar after 15 years of mortgage payments.   I lost the home to foreclosure in Feb 2010 and had till April 1, 2010 to move out of my home.  This is not easy when you are disabled.  In February of 2010, I was awarded my social security disability and could have afforded the payments at the current asking price.

After all the time and money that has been spent in the foreclosure process and the monies that have been spent for someone to be sent in to clean, mow, weatherize, etc and now the home/property is being auctioned off for a minimum bid of $87,000 in 5 days.  [emphasis place by the editor, Kelly L. According to what we have heard, the home had previously been listed for $140,000 and did not sell.  We didn’t even know about this until after the fact.  Now we find out that the home that I lived in, raised my family in and laid 2 of my girls to rest is now being auctioned off for $87,000 (minimum bid).

Why couldn’t the mortgage company do more to allow me to stay in my home?  Look at how much the banks/repo people have spent to take my home from me.  The house has been empty now since April 1, 2010.  Why is it that the mortgage company, Wells Fargo, can spend so much money to lose so much money?

My home was taken away for inability to pay $220,000 after a life threatening auto accident in August 2008 and is now being auctioned off for a minimum of $87,000 which would have been an extremely affordable payment.  What kind of economic genius figured this out?  The banks are losing money, families are devastated, good homes are losing value, being vandalized and over-run by pack rats and yet this continues?
[These are the kinds of questions I want answered, too.  Comments by the editor, Kelly L. Hansen]

My credit is so bad now (due to the large amounts of medical bills, unpaid mortgage payments and lack of ability to work) that I can’t qualify for a loan to buy back my home yet I have a steady income from social security disability and could afford the monthly payment on this amount.  I am disabled and without the goodness of my daughter, would also be homeless.

Where is the justice?  This is supposed to be the greatest country in the world…..  prove it!

[I know God is great, and only he can PROVE IT!  I pray that he does prove it, to you, soon.  I know the world is filled with great people.  I know these lessons are so very hard.  I believe in the power of prayer combined with the willingness of good people.  Pray Hard. We believe that our story may possibly help someone else and if it only helps one person remain in their home, it will have been worth it.  We want to point out how ridiculous and heartbreaking our society has become.  I was one of the lucky ones, I had a place to go when my home was taken from me.

[Our nation of bankers has become horribly selfish, I'm sickened by it.  I was luck, too, my mother took me in.  I, too, am disabled.  I believe God gives restoration and healing to those who take their pain and help others.  He has helped to heal my heart.  I believe he will heal yours too.  He does so in ways you can never imagine.   He is one beautiful God.  I'm not saying the hurt every completely goes away, sometimes it comes back in bittersweet moments.  But you do have moments of happiness you never thought you would ever experience again.  Please don't give up, I beg you.  Miracles are just around the corner.   Comments by the editor, Kelly L. Hansen]

GOD BLESS ALL HURTING  HOMEOWNERS!

There are so many actions the homeowners write in to me about that Wells Fargo has committed so many crimes it's hard to imagine when they are ever in the right.   Wells Fargo fails to meet their contractual obligations days after entering into an agreement with a homeowner yet they rant and rave when a homeowner misses a deadline by 24 hours!

Wells repeatedly fails to accurately assess the true situation before they jump to conclusions and start barking out orders that turn around to bite them in the butt.   I mean, can't they read the signals?   The furniture is still in the home, the utilities are still on...  Perhaps people have to visit sick relatives...They never consider the real world before stealing homes from homeowners?  They are so blinded by greed and opportunity, so money hungry, they simply do not care if the houses they take do not belong to them.
